Match data on 2 sheets and copy value from one cell to another cell

I have two sheets of data in one Excel Workbook

Sheet One has hundreds of entries
Sheet two has 10-20 entries

I need a formula that will enter Value from Sheet 2 Column B into Sheet 1 Column C... if values in Sheet 1, A and B and values in Sheet 2, A and C match, False, leave blank

Thank you for the quick response but this did not work for me.
I probably need to clarify my org. post.
The Rows on sheet 1 and 2 will never match meaning A145 on Sheet 1 may not even exist on Sheet 2
When I used your formula it looks like it does a comparison but the from Sheet 2 Column B that I need never appears on Sheet 1.
I'll keep working at it. Thank you again
