    HELP with a formula

My excel guru is on vacation and I can't figure out how they got this to work.

I need line D29 to equal 900. the formula used is the percentage of sessions (column c) times the number of session slots, however the first line (Union/a2) automatically gets 20 slots and the remainder of the lines get their actual percentage. I'm trying to use the formula =c2*880 (the remaining number of slots after removing the 20 that line one is allocated), then total the whole column to get 900 on line D29, however I keep getting 894 no matter what I do.

    Any help would be appreciated!
