    Forumla: If column B = Y or Y then....simple solution

This must be a very simple solution...I just can't think today...

I want to create a new list of values (sites) in an existing sheet, if the value "Y" or "Y?" is met in a different sheet:

Example: In sheet1, if value in column B is equal to "Y" or "Y?", then copy the corresponding value from column A (sheet1), to sheet 2-column H (to create a list of active sites).

    Sheet1
    Column A = Site Names
Column B - Site Active? (Is site active: Y, NO, Y?, N?, Other)

    Sheet 2
Column H = A List of active and maybe Active sites from Sheet1

example of data & results (in text):
    Sheet1:
    A B
    Toronto Y
    LA N
    Orlando Y?
    Victoria N?

    Sheet 2:
    H
    Toronto
    Orlando

duno if it's the most elegant solution... but this seems to work:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

input into h2 and fill down

(Array Formula ... ctrl + shift + enter to calculate)

Attached a sample of the data (note: I have ~200 sites). I also included my actual column placement in my spreadsheet (and removed the other data).
