Extracting particular data from a string of text in a cell...

Seeking some guidance...I've seen some similar examples but nothing quite fully there.

I am seeking a way to extract (3) items [Date, Description & Amount] from a string of texts that are grouped together in one cell. As shown in the attachment the goal would be to have a formula to extract the Date, Description, & Amount from that same string of text in the one cell. Immediate response would be greatly appreciated...
