thanks buddy for reply, but you've written it for a single cell i want that it should do the same for entire sheet
i.e. if a particular cell's value is greater than 80 then it can be kept constant or otherwise 0
sheet is too big 501X256
goto conditional format and make the cells italic(make sure no cell in italic before)by applying the fomula <0, then goto find and replace click options find for italic format and replace it with 0 or whataver you want,

If you want to do it in the same cell you will need a macro of sorts.
