Formula correction to insert a 1 line space help

How to insert a line between name and subject teacher?

The formula is:

The list of teachers is on ‘Information’ sheet cell ‘M6’

Output:

Subject teacher,
(Here a a space of 1 line require for the signature of the teacher)
Sam Turco

Thank you. It working fine but a little revision is require. It changes the line but I want a 1 line space for the signature.

Change the three to some other number depending on how much space you wantbetween the lines.
