SUMIF Questioon

Want to obtain total of specific items in an array, specifically:

Column A contains 5 digit intergers (10000 - 99999) or alpha characters
Column B contains both negative and positive integers

I want to calculate the total of positive integers associated with (same line number) column A values <20000.

=SUMIFS(B:B,A:A,"<20000",B:B,">0")
