Date function- 1st day of month for 2nd full month from start date

Hi, wondering how I get the following into an excel formula...
1st day of month for 2nd full month worked from start date, although only after 1/5/2014

start date date (1st day of month for 2nd full month)

for example if the date was > 1/5/14 the result would be

1/5/2014 start date then two month- would be 1/7/14
but if it was a start date of
9/5/2104 the 2nd full month worked would be 9/8/14, but i want a date returned of 1/8/14


i only want dates after the 1/5/2014 though to appear..
