Compare formula between two spreadsheets

Hello I need help creating a formula that compares values between two spreadsheets. I've done some similar formulas before but I had help and no longer work with that excel master so I'm coming to y'all.

Here's the basics:
Spreadsheet 1 and two have 2 separate columns that need to be referenced together (we'll call this "Title" and "Language" columns) Spreadsheet 2 has additional info (Column Z) that I need to carry over to Spreadsheet one.

So I would need a formula (or more likely a string of formulas) that would match each row's Title and Language = true form Spreadsheet 2 onto Spreadsheet 1 while copying over info from Sheet2!$Z:$Z to Sheet1!$Z:$Z.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
