    Exclude holidays from list but NOT weekends

    I need to find the date that is 10 days from my start date, excluding the list of holidays I have on a separate tab, but NOT excluding Saturday and Sunday.

    So for example, if the start date is August 27, and Sept 1 is listed as a holiday, I want it to return Sept 7 as the 10th day.
