Grid Reference - X and Y axis - Auto Selects value based on X and Y axis point

Hello All,

Hopefully the subject title helps with describing what I am hoping for. I am no good with Macros so if there isn't a function or formula that can solve this then I guess I will need to get familiar with them.

I have a Grid with X and Y axis (see attached for more details).

Essentially inside this grid are margin levels based on the values of X and Y. What I want to know is whether there is a formula I can put in where I say have in Cell A1 the value of the X axis, in Cell A2 the value of the Y axis and in Cell A3 the formula automatical picks up the value that intersects with A1 and A2.

Please let me know if you need more details.

Well, it would if the No Of Months was in the opposite sort order anyway

This will work with the sample though
=VLOOKUP(Q3,C3:L11,Q4+1,0)
