If and Then Formula with Validations

Hi Team,

Was looking for some assistance in creating a table with some Static data using If and Then Formulae.
Attached is my output that I am looking for between column A-D.

Just a simple logic, that if i Select my Currency (Col A), my next columns should have the dropdowns as per my static data.
This would help me receive my final output.

Can you please help.
