Find header, locate intersection return row heading to another sheet

Dear Experts..

Request for help. Attached please find worksheet.

Sheet 1 have data comprising of Program name, commodity and engineer working on the program and commodity.

From the table I wish to extract Commodity and engineer working on it to respective Program tab.

Please support..

Thanks for your efforts...really appreciated.

But this is not the one I am looking for. In attachment, Sheet1 have the output, highlighted in YELLOW I am expecting.

Expected output I have manually entered in each Program tab.

Please help....
