Help need : Finding a specific text in next cell

Hi all,

I need an help to find a particular text in a cell A1, based on that text i need to paste the value accordingly,

Example:

In cell A1:A1000 i've 25-Mar-14, i need to search for all months about 1000 rows and i've to get value like March, April in the B1:B1000 column

Please help me on this.

I found answer on my own i used following formula =text(A1,"MMMMMM")
