When you filter data, and then copy the visible rows, excel treats that copied range as if thats all there was. So when you paste, it is as if the non-visible rows did not exist.
When you filter and all that shows is rows 2, 4, 6, when you copy/paste that, it will get pasted as 2, 3, 4.
What exactly are you trying to do?
edit: ok after opening your file (should have done that 1st), I see that you are pasting the data to the right of the filtered range. then when you unfilter, you have empty spaces. This will not happen if you copy below the filtered data
