Data sorting ???

OK..

I have some cells that are summed with total cost.... now i need to sort the totaled cells? How do i sort a cell that has a formula based on multiple other cells?

It would be helpful if you had atttached a file.....so without seeing anything,
You can use absolute references. (i.e. =SUM($D$2:$D$12), same for E and F, etc...) - - - Then use the Data Sort. My test worked ok.
