URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! Fiscal Year with Quarter Formulas

Hi,


I have researched so much on Google and finally found an best Fiscal & Quarter formula which i can apply to generate metrics at ease..
="Q"&LOOKUP(MONTH(B2),{1,4,7,10},{3,4,1,2}&IF(ROUND((MONTH(B2)+1)/3+1,0)>3,"-FY "&RIGHT(YEAR(B2)+1,4),"-FY "&RIGHT(YEAR(B2),4)))

But the problem that i am facing is during filtering..since Quarter is being displayed first it becomes annoying to filter out year wise.. so can anyone help me with either re-arrange the same formula or provide a new one that should reflect 30 June 2014 as FY 14 Q4 & 1 July 2014 as FY 15 Q1 ..

Please note for me July to Sep - Q1 and ends with Apr to June as Q4.

Any help on this is much appreciated...

Many thanks for your suggestions .. I've discovered another workaround after so much of combinations... Below one worked perfect for those starting with July fiscal year..
