Help with Vlook up to multiple Tabs

I am trying to vlook up to multiple tabes, without having to reference the name for each tab ie) not naming it in the area above Cell A1. I would like to vlookup or use another formula to look up Outpatient Gross Revenue in each tab and bring back the result for YTD for each department. Each Tab is a different department name. I would like to just be able to copy the formula down, and not have to do a CTR H and replace the department name in the formula. This is a sample as I have over 100 deparments tabs. Any help would be great.
