Get data from several seperate files to appear in a designated file 2

    Hi Folks,

Here's a general question - I have posted this question before - many views - no suggestions or answers.

I have several separate Excel files that are all formatted in the same way.
I want all this data, excluding the header rows, from those separate excel files, to appear in a new/designated file. - I don't want to keep copying and pasting.
I also want the data, once extracted/copied/exported, to be formatted according the formatting style on the designated Excel file.
    Can this be done?
    If so how?
    Does this require VB script?
Elaborate any simple methods you may know.
    Thank You
