Split one cell with multiple data

Hi Everyone,

Please help me in the below request to split a cell with multiple data into individual rows.
I am attaching my excel sheet with this post in case you want to see the data.

Basically, I have the format as below


Row1 Data1
Data2
Row2 Data3
Data4

I want to split the 2 cells in the below manner


Row1 Data1
Row1 Data2
Row2 Data3
Row2 Data4


Please help me in the above split issue. Thanks a lot in advance for your help and support.

There are also blank rows in Your sample workbook, so the solution is to add relevant value from col A to non blank rows in col B/C. Formula below is in cell D3 and dragged down:

To create a list w/o blank rows, I used formula:

(formula above is in cell H1, and dragged down. Also the same (slightly modified) formula is used to get values from col E:F).
