VBA Function to filter data from an array

Hi everyone,
I'm working in a function to filter data from an array and then show a list of the non-repeated data, but i can't find the error in my code, if anyone could help me i really appreciate it!

After this in the worksheet , drag down the formula, and selecting the resuled array press {F2} and then {ctrl} + {shift} + {enter}.
I attached the workbook, any advice is welcome...

I'm not so sure about the code, but here's a non-VB method for list into non-duplicates:

=INDEX($A$5:$A$233, MATCH(0, COUNTIF($H$4:H4, $A$5:$A$233), 0))

as an array

Perhaps if you used the functionality of this method in your own code?

I think I wasn't clear at all, in the attached file the column "H" is the result of the proposed function (so i can't put this range in your method, besides if i could do it the "resulted list" is wrong), the column "J" is the expected result, in this case i did it manually; and the range "K5:L75" came from another UDF (i called SUM_EQUAL).
I try with your method but that is not what i'm looking for, btw many many thanks for your time and interest...
