    Question Two criteria look up

    if I put name and team then how can I put Employee code and Designation.

    Put this in C3 and copy across...
    =INDEX(C6:C16,MATCH(A3&"-"&B3,INDEX(A6:A16&"-"&B6:B16,0),0))
