Calculating Highest Value in Excel 2010

    A | B | C | D | E | F | G
    1 | Name 1 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 120 | Who Has the highest of name 1 and 2
    2 | Name 2 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 125 | (merged cells)
    3 | Name 3 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 390 | Who Has the highest of name 3 and 4
    4 | Name 4 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 200 | (merged cells)
    5 | Name 5 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 120 | Who Has the highest of name 5 and 6
    6 | Name 6 | Random | Random | Random | Random | 125 | (merged cells)
    So on......

I have a spreadsheet that looks like the above. A1 and A2 have two different names.
    B1 - E1 has random information. F1 and F2 have Scores. G1 and G2 are merged Cells

I was wondering is there is a way to have (merged cells) G1 and G2 display the name from A1 or A2 with the highest Score. And if the values in A1 and A2 are equal to display "Tie"

Thank You for your help and time.
Also would be nice to have it where I can copy the formula and paste it as needed.
