Ability to create a Span of Dates, i.e. June 13-15, 17, 19-22 etc.

    Hey guys,

Does anyone know of an ability to span a variety of dates in a dash and comma notation?

I have about 3 months worth of dates, and I was wondering if there was a formula or macro to convert a stran of not necessary consecutive dates and order them with dashes and commas

i.e. if given the dates: June 13,14,15,17,19,20,22, March 1,2,3,5,6 make it appear as such: June 13-15,17,19-22 and March 1-3,5-6

Anyone know if this is possible?

Can you upload an example workbook along with your manually calculated result. Make sure your examples cover all possible permutations.

See how this works, Obviously the dates dont need to be combined into one cell, however I do eventually want to keep it as tight as possible
