List values that are not in a range, beginning with not less than a specified value

What is the formula for column B, that will list out numbers that are NOT in the entire range of column A and no less than 100. so for example B1 will be 100, b2 will be 103 and b3 will be 105. i also just want to drag down B1 and have the values displayed, no 0s. its ok if i keep dragging past b3 and of course get just 108, 109,110,111... etc

Your task is kindda challenging and, at a first glance, requires advanced techniques. You will find my array formula in the attachment. Solution is far from ideal and there is much to improve, I just wanted to "brake the ice".

Where "Values" and "Block" are named ranges of additional value list (from 100 and on) and values from column A to block.
