You can combine the formulas in column C & D together as below (this one pertains to Jeff and needs to be copied down) :Can u also provide the output format you need?Formula:
=(INDEX($A$2:$D$5,MATCH($A10,$A$2:$A$5,0),MATCH(B$9,$A$2:$D$2,1)))*$B10
