copy and paste from filter data

How can we copy and paste filter

For Example I have copied table data and want to paste same date in J and K column then how can I do this ?
File is attached for ref.

Actually my Basic question is how can I copy data from filtered data and paste in visible cells only

Did you tried and does't works? After you tried that did you un-filter your first range? I suspect that everything is ok but you don't see the new range as your first range is still filtered.

Thank You but what i want is not there ..
I want that if i am copying that filtered rows (3,6,7) then these should copied cells should be pasted in rows 3,6 & 7 only.
Hope now i m able to provide my understanding

Any reply may i expect?
