Sort column with equal numbers and linked text

I would like to create a formula that will sort the numbers in column B, there are also equal numbers in this column
The difficult part is that there is text in column A, and is linked to the numbers
So if numbers are sorted the names should be sorted in the same way as well
I created an exampe with also a manual solution. Hope a formula can be created!

Hi there. One way to do this is by means of a helper column.

This should do what you want.

This looks the same... but is a better solution. In the previous sheet, the sorted numbers were the helper row numbers - where the duplicate numbers had a very small and unique number added to each one. In this incarnation, I have returned the original numbers.

Small issue, but it might be important in further calculations.
