    Cell reference formula

    Hi,

    In sheet 2 I want a formula in cell F2 to reference to sheet 1 cell E6. This formula I should be able to autofill the whole colom of F in sheet 2 where the value for F3(sheet2) = E13. So there need to be a jump for 7 days always.

    F2= 149
    F3= 231
    F4= 320
    ....

    Anyone knows what formula to use?

    Thx!

    Re: Cell reference formula

    I would solve this problem with an pivot table.

    See the attached file.

    Re: Cell reference formula

    added two more possible ways of working
    one using CSE (on sheet 2)
    other using Weekday formula and filter (on sheet 1)

    Re: Cell reference formula

    do you have leading or ending spaces in your worksheetname (so the worksheetname don't match)?

    Re: Cell reference formula

    The worksheetname matches. I tried to change the name and apparantely the space between the name is causing the problem. Any solluction for that besides changing the sheet name?

    Re: Cell reference formula

    cannot see why that would be causing the problem...can you post a sample file with the error?
