First post with a question on a formula

Hopefully I can explain this good enough to garner a solution!

So I have a workbook with two worksheets named; Sheet1 and IPs.

Sheet1 contains store numbers in cell C3 through C100

IPs contains all my stores in cell B2 thourgh B276 and that stores IP in cell C3 through C276

What i am trying to do is in sheet1 cell B3 is put a formula that will match the store number in C3 to the store number found in sheet IPs (cells B2-B276) and then return the IP which is in the adjacent cell (C2-C276).
