Formula that Assesses student for best figure/grade and addes additional information

Hi Folks,
Below are a series of columns with data. (column 7 is blank)
The idea is to assess the speed figures for each student and then, in column 8, to produce a line of data that indicates the best figure earned by each student, the distance at which it was earned, the location, the ground condition and the date on which that figure was earned.

Is there a formula that will help me achieve this?
I have been shown a formula to identify the highest figure - however, would like to be able to see the data appear like it does on column 8.
Any positive assistance will be greatly appreciated.

This may well be easy. However, it is unlikely that anyone is going to want to laboriously copy your data onto a spreadsheet to see how it is laid out. Can you post your data in a spreadsheet and we'll certainly take a look for you?

Umm. No you haven't... Click Go advanced, Manage attachments and then select the file for upload
