Hello All, I am trying to solve a problem with a Vlookup formula and am hoping you can help. I am trying to look up multiple instances of the same value and combine the results into a single cell when the results are text. In other words, I'm trying to create the equivalent of a SUMIF function, but with text in the place where the sum_range would be. I believe using a vlookup that can call multiple lines would be the most elegant solution.

Attached you find a spreadsheet with an example of the desired results. On the Formula Tab, cell D2 is where I run into the problem. Here, there are two separate lines on the array tab with data for the PS13 value, but I can't pull all of the information into the formula on the Formula Tab. Cell E2 shows the desired output.
