    Conditional formatting Help

    I try to create a rule that if any cells from M6:AV42 match cells in C6:C30 they will highlight yellow. Any help much appreciated.

    Example attached. Keys would be entered in range A3:A41. If i entered a key on rota and matched key in Range A3:A41 key on rota would highlight yellow
