    Forumlas that return the same values according to other cells

    Some help please!

    I have attached an example. Example 1.xlsx

    I have column F to return the same value only once in the corresponding cell in column D...which I have done.

    But if I enter the same name in column D but in a different program column C, I also need that value to return in column F as well.

    I hope my explanation is understandable.
