Compiling a list from a column of data.

Hi,

So I'll cut to the point.

I have a column (D) that is auto populated ( part number) depending on the value of another column (B) (quantity) If B is empty there is no value in D. This table is perhaps 300 rows long, but depending on my input in column (B), D may only contain 3 or 4 values.

I also have column E (supplier) which is again populated only on the value of B being above 0.

What I would like to do is compile a picking list from the selected data. So if a quantity of an item is selected in B , I can have a list of all the the part numbers and the prospective suppliers, along with quantity in a separate page to print and pick from, rather than printing from a huge list of mainly empty valves.

This easy enough. However, it would be a lot easier if you were to post a sample spread sheet, tp save us guessing what form your data takes.
