    Formula to extract data

    Case I:
    I would like formula to extract data into column M6 and column N6 if the 2 conditions are met based on the drop down option selected. The 2 conditions are month and region.

    Case II:
    I would like formula to extract data into column M21 and column N21:Y21 if the 2 conditions are met based on the drop down option selected. The 2 conditions are region and expectation.
