copy data from one cell to another automatically without replacing the existing data

Hi, Im from portugal, and i really dont know how to make me understand about this situation.

I work in a hospital and a doctor ask me to do a map where he can put some info about diets, pacients and etc.

the problem is, for example:

heres a sheet every day with a list of pacients and their meals. that sheet always have diferent data and diferent meals for each day.Using the same "sheet" every day.So, for example, the meal for josé on 29/05/2014 is a yogurt. i want to transport that info to a second sheet. Tomorrow 30/05/2014 jose's meal its gonna be a orange, and i want that info transported to that second sheet without replacing the info that was stored on 29/05/2014. Making an history of meals for josé.

use only one sheet for all days, than you are able to filter (or use a pivot table) for analyzing the data.
