    Search by Text formula needed

    I'm needing to pull info from different worksheets based on the text description located in cell A. On my Master Sheet I want to pull the number values in cells B and C only if the Text matches on the Description in Column A? There are variances in what cells some of these descriptions can be depending on the worksheet I'm pulling from.
