My staff seem to have difficulty adding their hours each day and I can't seem to find the formula that will total the hours when there are in and out times eg.
Monday - Time in: 8:00 Time out: 10:45; Time in: 11:00 Time out 5:30 or

Tuesday - Time in: 8:15 Time out: 1:00; Time in: 2:30 Time out 5:00

They won't use the 24 hour clock so that is out. Basically all I need is to add the first 2 columns and the last 2 columns but because it may cross over from morning to afternoon, I can't find a way to make it work. Is there a way to do this?
