Text in a collumn too long

    Hi all,

I'm looking for a function/formular to put into a collumn so that it will reduce the amount of characters to 64 if they exceed it.

    I tried =LEFT(B2,64) but I get an err:508

    I'm probably not using correctly

I assume that your formula is in B3, in that case it works fine.
I do not know of a formula that you could install in B2
