Add fromula to data validation

Hi.
This is a simple formula that excel gives me when i use the list box function from the data validation:

='Sheet1'!$C$2:$C$73

My question is, can i add an additional formula to this formula?
I would like that the cell should automatically convert any data entered into uppercase.
*I am trying to avoid macros.

Sample work book plz, to convert data uppercase u can use "upper".
I didn't find any relation between u r data validation question to uppercase .

So you want the product 4 in sheet 1 to be converted in to uppercase the moment you have entered in sheet 1

Well not just "product 4", i picked any random product from sheet2. But yes, i would like any data that is entered in that cell to automatically be converted to uppercase.
