In words, what is the criteria for First call and Resolved?
(i.e. if there are no other calls from that ANI within 7 days....

Okay so First call is dependent on who takes the call? (i.e. Annie with 1111) but "Resolved" is not?
Yes. First call is the first time a person handled a number. For example if I receive a call from 1111 and it is the first time I received that call then my First Call is 1. If 1111 does not call back within 7 days then my Resolved should be 1.
Why don't you explain the rules so we don't have to guess?
I'm trying to quantify the ability to resolve customer issues on the first instance that a person received the call.
First call is when it is the first time that a person has ever handled that call in 7 days. Resolved is if the person you spoke with within 7 days calls back.
Sorry for the frustration. Hope I'm making sense.
