Timevalue help with spreadsheets

Hi,

I have an excel sheet that was given to me to use, which I didn't create. But now that the data format has changed the template doesn't work any more. I am attaching both excel sheets to here the original one and the new one with the error. I cannot figure out what is going on with the new data. I think the information from vocalocity has changed where I pull the call data.

How do I re create the original time sheet with the data between column A to E.

Thank you for your help. I am still a novice. I tried to format cells in the new file but it didn't work. I am attaching the files so you can see what I mean.

Put this formula in F2:

=VALUE(RIGHT(C2,8))

and this one in G2:

=E2

Format both cells as Time (e.g. hh:mm:ss format), then copy the formulae down.

Thank you for the suggestion that didn't work on the spreadsheet. I will see if I can play with some more.
