Import column data if two other columns are matching in two different sheets

Hi Guys,

I am new to Excel function and have been looking around previous posts here for solution, but still won't be able to get it work.

So basically I want to import the "Revenue" from "Revenue_13" (Sheet) to "Revenue_14" (Sheet) if the Account and Day are matching. I tried it with index along with match, but it won't work.


The difficult tasks here are:
1) Matching two columns in two separate sheets and import the value to revenue_14
2) The second matching criteria Day has a year different, but I just want to match the month/date.
3) 2013 has a full year of revenue for different account, whereas 2014 only has the partial revenue, but I want to match these account and day if they exist in revenue_13.



In the attachment, I have a sample data of revenue_14, revenue_13 and a sheet of how I want the revenue_14 looks like.

Any helps would been greatly appreciated.
