Double criteria to lookup

Hello everybody,

I have 2 huge tables that one of them being filled by hand, and the other I want to be filled automated. Those two tables are containing the same datas but the order of the datas are different. Shortly you can check the attached example. I want the "QTY" datas in first table to be filled in the second table's same column.
