Does Date appear in table of holidays

Hi all

I need to identify if a given date in a given City is a public Holiday. On the attached :

I have a table of all of the public holidays by City in B2:E13, and want to return in the cells J4:J33 a simple true or false if the city matches J2, and the date in column I appears in the list under that city.

This is to be implemented in a large sheet that can just scan down a column and match the City and Date to the data table.
