I need help with the following:

I have a list that has allocated numbers to a name, but it just says between figure x and y in two cells.

Example

I have

A1 = 1, B1 =10 and C1 = Smith
A2 = 11, B2 = 20 and C2 = Martin

What I need is

A1 = 1, A2, = 2 ...... A10 = 10 and Smith in the next cell of each
A11 = 11, A12, = 12 ...... A20 = 20 and Martin in the next cell of each
