Sum all the values in Column P of VData when
the value in column V of VData = the value in E11 (E11 will change to E12,E13,etc as it is copied down the page)
and
the value in Column S of VData = the value in G6 (G6 will change to H6,I6,... if you copy it to the right)

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
