Data Split from One Column to Another

Hi,

I am looking for data split from one to another column like...

"Luxottica RetailEstablishing and training the SGH Experience" Here we can see two capital letters in one word. So this as to split into 2 columns..Like my result should be..

Column1 Luxottica Retail

Column2 Establishing and training the SGH Experience


Can anyone help me with this?
