See Attachment please note its only a sample size of the original sheet I am working on.
How would I remove the unique Values and rows in column A. Then I want to delete the duplicates in column A...but only the duplicates that have a empty B cell and C cell. Essentially leaving only the rows showing the upc and inventory level.
Thanks in advanced..I've tried for hours but need some hand holding now
if you highlight col A you can copy it over to another location (col D for example) then using the data tab and highlighting the new col D values, click on the remove duplicates function and when it asks you to expand the selection just click on continue with selection then hit ok and you will have a unique list of the col A values.
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

One way
In D1 copied all the way down
=IF(COUNTIF($A:$A,A1)=1, "", IF(AND(B1="", C1=""),"", A1))
(Excel might take a while to calculate results)
Then Copy Column C to Column A (PASTE SPECIAL>VALUES)
Then Filter on Column A, "Blanks"
and delete those rows.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

is this something like you want? put filter on your sheet3, filtered out the blanks, copied to sheet1 and you have a list?
